Owner and Instructor H. Bennett of The YOGA Workshop lives in Bellingham, WA and offers yoga therapy classes in a progressive grade level format with weekly written lessons to help others stay motivated and on the right path to health!  She is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level, and also certified as a Professional Yoga Therapist at the 500 hour level.  She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and continues her studies with Integrated Yoga Therapy working on her internship at the 1,000 hour level.
